The Cold City
Letter 01
Blood at the Old Gate is yours — and here’s where it leads.
Your free Cold City starter story — Blood at the Old Gate — is on its way to your device from BookFunnel. If it hasn’t landed in a few minutes, check your spam folder, or just reply to this email and I’ll make sure you get it.
Here’s what you’re holding: Tessa Marr restores antique locks for a living, until a stranger’s letters lure her beneath City Hall to a hotel that appears on no map — and to Julian Rook, a vampire who has been bound to a door for a hundred years. One wrong key, and the Cold City wakes.
This is where the series begins. When you finish it, Book One is waiting under the stadium lights.
Over the next couple of weeks I’ll walk you deeper into the Cold City — and send you one thing I don’t put on the website.
